Dear crew, friends and colleagues,
Art Department Coordinators are asking for your support.
We believe that it is the perfect moment for this industry to step up and address historical and systemic inequality, that has been present for years, by giving pay equity to Art Department Coordinators (ADC’s). Currently ADC’s scale rate in TV and Film is less than 50% of their substantially similar crew counterparts. Please see the petition for details.
Please support our hard working ADC’s by signing the attached petition asking the AMPTP to raise our scale rate during negotiations to match rates paid to substantially similar positions within our industry. The goal is much greater than us. It is our hope that this petition paves the way for wage equity among historically female crafts in ours and other Locals.
I ask you today to both sign the petition and forward this email to 5 of your crew team members and ask them to sign. We cannot do it without you! We need the support of the whole of the Entertainment Industry to make an impact, and our deadline is March 7th, so please sign and forward today.

Today, we ask for your support. With the backing of IATSE, its members and affiliates, we can show that there is support of a scale raise for ADC’s. The AMPTP cannot ignore our collective voice.
Today, we ask for solidarity. Brothers and Sisters: Stand in solidarity with your Art Department Coordinators, recognizing their worth and demanding that their wages be reflective and compensatory of that worth. Most importantly, demand that their wages be equal to their crew counterparts, with whom they have just as much work responsibility, accountability, and tangible contributions.
Today, we ask for your signature. Please take a moment and sign our Industry-wide petition.
